hello , i don't really know if it's a beug but lvl 2 mecha spell of rose is lvl 49K

It's lvl 4.9k and not 49k for lvl and I don't think it's a bug, considering there's a max lvl of 250k.

You should also consider that tier up is at lvl 50k so skills might reset.
